At Gigavibe, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellations are allowed within 12 hours of order placement.
  • Cancellations are not possible after 12 hours as processing begins.
  • To cancel an order, contact us at gigavibeindia@gmail.com with your Order ID.

2. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for:
    • Size-related issues
    • If the customer receives the wrong product
    • If the product is defective or damaged
  • To request an exchange, email gigavibeindia@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 8879190089 with your Order ID and issue details.
  • Customers have to pay shipping charges for exchanges.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

3. No Returns or Refunds

  • No returns or refunds after purchase.
  • Exchanges are only available under the conditions mentioned above.

4. Custom Items Policy

  • Custom items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless faulty.
  • If a custom item is received in a defective condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (images/videos).

5. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Items on sale or clearance are non-exchangeable.
  • Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery will not be eligible for exchange.

6. Shipping Policy

  • Prepaid orders: Free shipping.
  • COD orders: ₹200 additional charge.
  • Delivery takes 5-8 working days, depending on location.
